Client Spotlight: Kegel Kelin Litts & Lord

Kegel Kelin Litts & Lord (KKLL) is a law firm located in the Lancaster area. They work in education law, business law, estate planning, estate administration. We had the opportunity to interview Robin who is the firm administrator of the firm and has been there for 20 years.

Robin works directly with Runwell on managing their IT and making sure that everything is running smoothly. Runwell became a vendor with KKLL when the firm first started, about 25 years ago.

Robin says that she has been most impressed with Runwell’s turnaround time and this is something that she would recommend to others as well. If you reach out to them, you have one contact and so you get to deal with the same person every time. Runwell also has an extremely quick response time. You don’t have to sit and wait for them to get back to you. Rather, you can expect someone immediately or within 5 minutes to give you a callback. This is important in a business setting when you may not have long to get a problem resolved.

Runwell has helped to increase productivity in their business because they make sure to keep current with all the IT updates that need to be in place. They are on top of everything.

Robin and the KKLL team enjoy working with Runwell because they know what they are doing. Robin says that they make her job easier because they are reliable and take care of the issues when (or before!) they arise.
